Hey. Is anyone around here a veterinary?
I have two sister cats who are 1 and a half year old. They were stray cats who ended up in a great shelter. They're in good health ritgh now but there is supposedly the yearly vaccine to be done. That would back me out of 200$ .
Question is, is it really important that i do this vaccine since theyre never going outside. Always eating healty ( **** they eat better **** than i do).
P.s: its not that im a cheap *******. Im having a really tough time these past months.
As my wife is a cat person, I strongly recommend having the vaccines done especially since they were strays. Being almost a year and a half old (which is like being 10) they could have multiple unseen things. Although cats are survivors, being out on their own in that length of time still exposes them to multiple hazards.
This link provides more answers, and the more you know, the better you can make an educated decision.
