They are all rejecting my offers?

So for the past couple of weeks I've been trying to resign my players that were pretty good to my understanding. First offer from the Renegotation Wizard and its rejected. I tried it on other people and they rejected it too. I decide to stack them up with big money but even that won't work. Do they just not want to be on my team or is there something I have to do to resign them back?

Download a local copy of this spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CmTtP5yJ2gzR7gaCdzSulvPna_9BgUszMKnYIZPn9PI/edit?usp=sharing

Use it to formulate your offer.
Offer $30,000 more than it recommends.
See what happens.
I am assuming you have the salary cap space to make the offers.
(EDIT, I just noticed three of your four teams have almost no cap space. You will need to trade or release some guys and sign others to long-term extensions to free up space).

FYI - You should never use the renegotiation wizard. It's no good and will cause you to vastly overpay your players.

Yeah, ive been looking to try and release a lot of people in the offseason but releasing them now will just take a huge hit on my cap space. Also thank you for the Google Doc link! It was actually pretty helpful once I knew what I was doing. Ill give a update to see if it worked or not.

Just checked, nope. They ALL rejected my offers. Its so weird to me if they just don't want to be on my team because the team was bad in the season while the 0-16 team in transactions is resigning a ton of people. I just do not get it.

It could be because of cap issues. Not sure which league of yours it is but a couple of them you are close to the limit. The system will let you make an offer but if it causes you to go over the player will reject it.

This.
Also, please note that your cap space for next season also includes the amount you will need to sign your draft picks. So you may have very little wiggle room, and the players will reject any offers you can't afford.

If this is the case, I think im going to have to try and sign them back once they go in FA. Because releasing people now would just make my cap space even worse.

You can help your situation by re-signing some guys to long-term extensions that actually will SAVE you money on the current season. Typically, these are second- or third-year players who were signed to big contracts after being drafted.
Here is an example. This guy was a third-round pick and I am going to sign him to a six-year extension. Here is what the jsid spreadsheet suggests:

Here is how it looks in the contract screen:

You see the "save" amount for each of the first three years of the new contract? It is a pittance, but that is because he was originally a third-round pick. You will save a lot more on first- and second-round picks.
You can also see that his salary will drop dramatically once you finish paying off the bonus from his original contract.

I'm sorry if I'm incredibly dense, but I've been trying to use the google doc and can't seem to get it to work. It won't let me input the minimum signing bonus saying its not an editable field.
