Vandy scratching head after polls released with wins over alabama and florida how they are not even ranked in top 10. With only 2 losses one coming against number 3 michigan state and the other against wisconsin noted both losses back to back and when vandy was suffering from key injuries over those past 2 weeks has some scratching their heads and wondering.

LOL its ok just talking smack everyone wants to be ranked better i hope as we grow we start creating some rivals and get a really good league going
With apologies for the delay (work has kept me busy this week), I now bring you the polls as we head into week 11.
1. Arkansas 1429
The Razorbacks remains at the top of the board as they head into their week 11 matchup against Indiana in our game of the week.
2. Indiana 1358
The Hoosiers has been in Arkansas' shadow all season long and has been stuck at #2. This week they will get their chance to take over the top spot when they go to Fayetteville in week 11.
3, Michigan State 1065
Michigan State closes out our group of undefeated teams and will put that record on the line when they face #31 South Carolina in week 11
4. Texas 412
The Longhorns suffered their second loss, but have been able to retain the lead in the SEC West. With their losses being against ranked opponents, Texas has been able to stay in the top 5. They face LSU in week 11.
5. Alabama 692
After an embarassing loss to Auburn a couple weeks ago, the Tide have went on a two game winning streak outscoring opponents 58-6. They will put that streak in jeapordy when they host #20 Oregon
6. Washington 546
A two game losing streak sees Washington slipping in the polls after they reached P4 a couple of weeks ago. The Huskies will look to stop the skid when they travel to LA to play USC in week 11
7. Oklahoma 411
The Sooners sit at #7 in the polls and hold a 1/2 game advantage in the first playoff spot for the SEC. After being shutout against Vanderbilt in week 9 they posted their own shutout with a 18-0 win against Ole Miss in week 10.
8. Mississippi State 392
The Bulldogs are sitting at 6-4, but are sitting at number 8 thanks to playing a brutal schedule going 3-3 against top 8 opponents. The schedule gets a little easier as only Missouri is left on their schedule with a winning record as we head into week 11. They travel to College Station to take to Texas A&M.
9. Florida 248
The Gators used a 27-10 victory of arch rival Georgia following a 49-3 demolishing of division rival Auburn to jump back into the rankings. They will attempt to stay there when they host Tennessee in week 11
10. Wisconsin 165
Rounding out our rankings are the badgers of Wisconsin. After joining the rankings, the Badgers have gone 2-1 with a 3 point loss to #3 Michigan State in week 10. They will face Minnesota in week 11 for a divisional test to attempt to stay in the top ten and get out of the gate keeper spot.
After a very interesting week 11 the polls are out.
1. Arkansas 1522
Arkansas have stayed at the top spot since the first polls came out. After playing a close game against 2nd ranked Indiana in week 11, they remain on top of the polls. The 9-6 victory allowed the Razorbacks to get some breathing room and barring a complete meltdown should remain at the top for the foreseeable future.
2. Indiana 1358
The Hoosiers remain at P2 despite their loss this past week, thanks to the gap they were able to get between 3rd ranked Michigan State and themselves, and the fact the loss was by 3 points to the top ranked Razorbacks. Despite being ownerless, the Hoosiers have a really solid team.
3. Michigan State 1148
The undefeated Michigan State took care of business in week 11 with a 21-7 win over the South Carolina Gamecocks. Although they were unable to make enough ground to take P2, they were able to close the gap enough so that they could take over Indiana without having to have the Hoosiers take a second loss. They will put their win streak on the line against a tough 4-7 Minnesota team in week 12
4. Texas 810
Texas sits at #4 and were able to gain about 30 points on #3 with their 31-17 victory over LSU in week 11. The Longhorns have been one of the hottest teams without a 0 in their loss column scoring 146 points in the past 5 games while not allowing more than 14 in any of those games. Sitting at 9-2 and a two game lead in the SEC West, Texas will look to gain more ground when they take on Penn State in week 12
5. Alabama 785
Alabama remains at #5 for their week 12 matchup against in state rival Auburn. The Tigers was able to upset the Crimson Tide in week 7 and look for the season sweep this week when the teams take the field at Jordan-Hare. Alabama will be looking to avenge that loss and seal up their division with a win.
6. Washington 636
The Huskies used a 29-10 over USC this week to remain at #6 and end a two game losing streak. They will try to gain ground on the top 5 as they go back to LA to play UCLA.
7. Mississippi State 487
Mississippi State was able to move up 1 spot to #7 in this weeks polls thanks to their 20-3 win over Texas A&M in week 11 and Oklahoma's loss to MIssouri. However in the win they took losses when their starting QB and RB were injured and will miss considerable time. Luckily, this isn't another league where that would automatically disqualify them for the playoffs. The backups will get a chance to prove their worth when they face Illinois in week 12
8. Florida 328
The Gators are another team the was able to take advantage of Oklahoma's loss and move up a spot. Their 17-9 victory over Tennessee this week played a huge part in that. They will look to move more spots when they travel to Athens to take on arch rival Georgia in week 12. The Bulldogs will be looking avoid the season sweep and put themselves in a position for the post season.
9. Oklahoma 279
Oklahoma took a tumble after their blowout loss to Missouri in week 11, falling from 7 to 9. Worst of all they are in a three way tie for the playoff spots with a few teams on their tails. They will get a chance to rebound in week 12 as they host Texas A&M.
10. Wisconsin 246
Wisconsin held on to the gatekeeper spot after their close win against MInnesota. They will put that position on the line when they play Michigan in week 12. If they can pull off the win in Ann Arbor, they will lock up a playoff spot
Week 12 proved to be an exciting week in football, but now it's go time for several teams to see their postseason dreams come true. Week 13 has several big games in store with a lot on the line as we have 3 top ten matchups and several other teams playing for a playoff spot or positioning.
1. Arkansas 1640
The Razorbacks hold strong at the top and after securing the divisional championship, will attempt to secure the conference regular season championship and the first round bye and accompanies it when they take on the Texas Longhorns in week 13.
2. Michigan State 1235
The Spartans are the only other team that has gone through the season thus far unscathed. With a playoff berth in hand, they will take on the Oregon Ducks who are still holding on to playoff hopes. A win by the Spartans and they will become the B1G North Champs and Oregons playoff dreams will be no more. A Spartan loss and they could fall out of the number two spot.
3. Indiana 1132
After going undefeated for 11 weeks and being stuck at 2 all season long, the Hoosiers find themselves on a two game skid and sitting at number 3. They will try to end that skid against an UCLA team that is holding on the final WC spot in the B1G. After securing the divisional championship last week, Indiana is playing for postseason positioning needing to win two fof the last three games, or needing help to secure the 2nd seed.
4. Texas 924
The Longhorns have pretty much breezed through their schedule in 2024 and currently are leading the SEC West division. With a two game lead and 3 left to play, facing Arkansas isn't necessarily what Texas wanted to see. However, the offense has been giving opponents fits all season and the defense has been stout, a Longhorn win wouldn't necessarily be a huge upset.
5. Alabama 874
Alabama got revenge on their arch rivals in week 12 with 17-3 win. They face a pesky Florida team in week 13 while holding onto a slim 2 game lead on the same Gator team. A win here will secure the divisional championship for the Tide and help set them up for a better seed in the playoffs.
6. Washington 552
Even with the loss in week 12, Washington is still ranked at 6 and are one of two teams who are ranked with 5 losses. However, a second consecutive loss here and the Huskies could find themselves outside looking in, not only in the polls but in the playoff race also. They face a Wisconsin team that has secured a playoff spot and are playing for positioning.
7. Florida 421
Florida is the second team ranked with 5 losses. They will play Alabama in week 13 looking to move to within one game for the division title. With a win here, they will remain at least one game removed from a playoff spot, if not sliding into the P6. A loss will all but eliminate the Gators from the playoffs all together.
8. Oklahoma 373
After falling two spots last week following their loss to MIssouri in week 11, the Sooners were able to gain one of those spots with a 17-0 rout of Texas A&M. They will look to put more points and gain a couple of more positions when they take on Rutgers this week. A loss here and their playoff hopes will begin to diminish. A win and they could secure one of the WC spots in the SEC.
9. Mississippi State 360
Despite their win in week 12, the 12-6 victory over Illinois was not enough for the Bulldogs to hold on to the #8 spot in our polls. They are currently holding onto the 5th seed in the SEC and will look to sweep the SEC West in their matchup against Missouri in week 13. A win here and the Bulldogs could secure the 5th seed. A loss and they would fall to the 7th seed and will need to win out to see their playoff dreams come true.
10. Wisconsin 340
With a win over Michigan in week 12, the Badgers have secured a playoff spot in the B1G and will secure the 5th seed with a win over #6 Washington in week 13. A loss will do little damage to their positioning, but it would be nice if they could secure their seed and give some players some rest for the championship run.
The final computer polls are in just before the first playoff games begin. But before we delve into our polls, we would like to take a moment to congratulate all of our teams and owners on a competitive season and recognize our champions on a job well done.
SEC Conference Champ: Arkansas Razorbacks
B1G Conference Champ: Michigan State Spartans
SEC West Division: Missouri Tigers
SEC East Division: Alabama Crimson Tide
SEC North Division: Vanderbilt Commodores
SEC South Division: Arkansas Razorbacks
B1G East Division: Ohio State Buckeyes
B1G West Division: Washington Huskies
B1G North Division: Michigan State Spartans
B1G South Division: Indiana Hoosiers
And now for our final rankings (*depicts playoff teams):
1 Arkansas*
Arkansas had a record season, and has set the bar for not only this year, but for years to come, setting team records in points against (88), rushing yards per game (158.6) just to name a few. The undefeated Razorbacks has sat at the top spot all year and is the favorite to bring home not only the regular season championship, but the season championship also.
2. Michigan State*
Michigan State sits at P2 and has holds an impressive 15-1 record and will get the second first round bye as the B1G regular season champion. The Spartans used a balanced offense in taking the regular season conference championship and is a big favorite in making it to the national championship.
3. Washington*
The Huskies fell short of winning the regular season conference championship but took 2nd place and will face #17 Illinois in the first round. Washington and relied on a stingy defense to achieve the feat. The physical Huskies will go into the first round a bit shorthanded as they have a number of key players injured. If they can get by the first round and get a few of those players back they will no doubt make their presence known in the playoffs.
4. Alabama*
The SEC East division champs sit at 4 in our polls and will enter the playoffs as the 4 seed in the SEC bracket. The Tide used a huge run in the middle of the season (allowing less than double digits in 5 or 6 games while scoring 149 points in that same span), to secure the division. If they can find similar success in the playoffs they could hoist the trophy at the end of the tournament. They will face #9 Mississippi State in the first round.
5. Texas*
The 11-5 Longhorns held the top spot in the SEC West for several weeks, but saw that lead evaporate in the last three weeks of the season. They find themselves traveling to the team that won the division in #6 Missouri. Texas used a huge passing game and holds the record for team passing yards per game (248.3) and an efficient running game (league record 6.2 yrd/carry) to set the scoring record (403) and make the playoffs.
6. Missouri*
The Tigers was able to capture the SEC West championship thanks to closing out the season 6-0. After spending roughly half the season ownerless, it looks as though JB90 has been able to get Missouri on track and ready to compete for the championship this year and for many years to come.
7.Indiana*
The Hoosiers started the season 10-0, but has found winning difficult since the owner had to leave the team. Before his departure, many had this team pegged as a team to beat, but the 0-6 ending to the season has left the B1G champs wondering if they could make it to the second round. #12 Wisconsin will be traveling to the B1G 4 seed looking to put an end to the Hoosier's nightmare ending.
8. Oklahoma*
The Sooners battled all season long for the SEC West division but found themselves as the #6 seed instead. They will travel to Nashville to face the #11 Commodores in what some say is the game of the 1st round. The Sooners used a a balanced offense and stout defense to find their success.
9. Mississippi State*
Mississippi State had a tough season facing playoff teams in 8 of their 16 games. Despite this they find themselves with the 5th seed in the SEC bracket and should feel confident about their chances. The Dogs used a heavy pass scheme and an efficient running game to secure their 11-5 record. If they can get out of their first round game against #4 Alabama without sustaining anymore injuries, they could make a lot of noise in the playoffs.
10. Florida
Although they just missed the playoffs, the Gators sit at the gate keepers spot to end the season. The Gators had similar stats as some of our playoff teams, but found themselves on the short end of a couple of key games this season. They will use the offseason instead wondering might have been and hope they can get a couple of pieces to improve next season. They are the only team above .500 to be out of the playoffs this season.
Welcome to the second edition of B1G vs SEC! We are just a few days away from seeing our favorite teams take the field for the first time since the draft and our pollsters have been busy working numbers to come up with our newest polls going into the season. Without further ado here are your 2025 preseason polls:
1. Arkansas
Arkansas was given the nod once again to sit on top of the polls even though they lost a stunner to Texas in the second round of the playoffs. The Razorbacks go into 2025 looking to run the gamot as they did in the regular season and are among the favorites once again to hoist the trophy at the end of the season.
2. Michigan State
The Spartans made it to the conference championship game before falling to Washington and just short of reaching the ultimate goal. They get a better start in the rankings than they did a year ago, and hope to use that to regain the momentum they had before that fateful night.
3. Alabama
Our first champions were able to use a high powered offense to get through the second and third round of the playoffs, but showed they had a stingy defense in the first round and in the championship game enroute to hoisting the trophy last season. They have the momentum and confidence going into 2025 as they try to defend their title and give the 2024 trophy some company in the trophy case.
4. Washington
Oh so close! The Huskies gave Alabama all they had to give in the title game last season and came up just short. The defending B1G champions will look to take the next step in 2025 and take home the big trophy at the end of the year.
5. Texas
The Longhorns were able to defeat the undefeated regular season champs in the second round last season but failed to defeat the eventual champs one week later. The SEC runner ups will look to use their explosive offense to make another run at the title in 2025
6. Indiana
Many wonder what might have been had Indiana been able to keep their owner all year long last season. The Hoosiers went undefeated all season until week 11 then the wheels fell off after their GM had to take a leave. They then finished the season 1-5 including their playoff win in the first round. If they can find an owner they could make a deep run this year and look to return to the playoffs even without an owner.
7. Missouri
The Tigers were able to make a comeback in the division and take the title in the last week of the season. They lost that momentum in the first round, but the defending SEC West champs will go into 2025 with some hardware and will look to keep it in Columbia after the season is complete
8. Oklahoma
The Sooners battled all year long just to make the playoffs, and fell just short of making it to the second round of the playoffs falling to SEC East champ Vandy. They look strong enough to make another run to the playoffs this season.
9. Mississippi State
The Bulldogs played the toughest schedule in the league in year 1 but that failed to translate into a deep run into the playoffs as they fell 12-0 to eventual champs Alabama in the first round. State fans are hoping a little easier schedule this season will propel their team deeper into the playoffs this season.
10. Vanderbilt
After getting ignored all season last year, the Commodores have finally made it to the top ten. After winning the SEC East title and making it to the second round of the playoffs, the pollsters finally heard what fans have been telling them. This team is for real and will look to prove it in year 2.
11. Florida 12. Ohio State 13. Wisconsin 14. Iowa 15. UCLA 16. Illinois 17. Oregon 18. Michigan 19. Georgia 20. LSU 21. Ole Miss 22. Penn State 23.Texas A&M 24. Minnesota 25. Tennessee 26. Kentucky 27. South Carolina 28. Nebraska 29. Auburn 30. Maryland 31. USC 32. Rutgers.
